Because of the perishable nature of cookies, all cookies are non refundable. We try our best to package our cookies to reduce any breakage during shipping, however, we cannot control the handling of products by the postal services. Therefore, broken cookies are non refundable. When you order through shipping, you take the risk of receiving broken cookies. However, even if your cookies are broken, they will still taste good.

Cookies will not be shipped to PO Boxes. An address with a street name, number, town/city, zip code and state is required for your order to be accepted. If your address is incomplete or you provide a PO Box address, your order will be cancelled.

Please be sure to make arrangements so that your cookies are accepted by someone when they are delivered and not left outside. If arrangements are not made, your cookies will be left outside. If your cookies are stolen or damaged, due to being outside, Luxe Cookies will not be responsible.
